The process of registering a new order which is not one of the normal orders in the factory is that the template of this order will be produced exclusively for you.

At the beginning of the order , if the order amount is less than 3 tons, the costumer should pay for producing the template and when the order amount is between 3 to 6 tones, the customer should pay the half of the cost and if it is more than 6 tones the full cost will be with the factory.

Steps: first details and a detailed plan of the section is sent to the template making is started which will take 2 weeks to produce the template.

After making the mold, the sample production stage and sample will be sent to the customer and after confirmation by the customer or a person who is the confirmer the work will enter the production stage and order registration and payment of 70%  prepayment for preparation , will begin.

Ordering a piece with a special mold is in the work routine of all Iranian factories.

To make a mold without considering the amount of your order, first the price of the template is paid by the customer and the mold making and approval by the customer is the same for all orders.

At the time of ordering, if the amount of order is above 6 tones, the prevailing cost will be deducted from your cost at the time of production.

This process is at the time of the first order registration for the customer and in the next orders, there is no need for these steps and payment of the mold construction cost.
